I am pleased to announce that after getting certified to teach Hunter Education, I had 19 students in grades 7-9 participate in the Hunter Education Course that concluded just before Christmas break.  All 19 students successfully passed the course and will be receiving their Missouri Department of Conservation Hunter Education Certification Card!  The HS Shop class has been very busy with projects and is currently in the process of finishing up installing the new Epilog Laser Engraver.  The HS and 9th grade shop classes will also be starting to design and build their CO2 dragsters this week.  The 6th grade shop class has completed the pre-test and will be learning how to break down the inch.  Junior High and HS PE classes have been focusing on basketball and utilizing the Shootaway to improve their shot.  Elementary PE classes continue to learn bones and muscles while enjoying a variety of tag games as well as dodgeball, steal the ball, paintball, and kickball to name a few.
