Hume School Gym
Before the concert, stop by the Student Holiday Showcase in the locker mall to shop for handmade creations crafted through the Hornet Tank & other school-affiliated programs! It’s a wonderful way to support our young entrepreneurs and find some unique holiday gifts.
Elementary students will meet in their classrooms at 6:45 and are asked to wear the following colors for costumes:
Kindergarten: White or Grey (Mice)
1st & 2nd Grade: Brown (Reindeer)
3rd, 4th, & 5th Grade: Blue (Tin Soldiers)
Let’s fill the gym with music, smiles, and community spirit!
Mrs. Armentrout
Hume R-VIII School Music Teacher
Congratulations to Lola Wriston and Cameron Osburn!
These talented students were selected to represent Hume High School at the West Central Missouri Music Educators Association District Honor Choir.
Lola and Cameron joined more than 150 vocalists from across the district for a full day of music-making under the direction of Dr. Kindle from State Fair Community College.
Why it matters:
Opportunities like this allow students to:
Develop stronger vocal technique
Enhance their musicianship skills
Build friendships with other passionate singers
Experience music-making beyond the classroom
We are so proud of their hard work, dedication, and musical excellence!
