Welcome to Music!

We are gearing up for a great year! The Music Department received a grant this summer from 3MGives, which included mallets for the Xylophones, egg shakers, and bean bags. The students are using them for composition, rhythm , and steady beat activities.

The Music Department will also receive a portion of the Patterson Family Grant awarded to Hume School.  Orders are being made for instruments and classroom improvements.  

50% of High School and Jr. High Students' grades are earned through attendance, participation, and attitude. Quizzes, tests , and performances account for the remaining points.
