Get the FACS
Welcome to 2026. Many new and exciting classes are getting started. We are having fun with the new Freeze dry machine. We love trying new candy, fruit and soup mixes. We have been trying out the new convection oven as well. Students love the capacity and speed of the oven. It will be nice when we are making staff meals or snacks for the whole school. I have some different classes this semester including a dual credit education class, and Health. We have many new projects to get started and we are looking forward to all the new equipment. All my classes are learning basic life skills that will hopefully prepare them for the future.
